OMI Literature Timeline

Occlusion myocardial infarction (OMI) is acute coronary occlusion, or near occlusion, with insufficient collateral flow, whether or not the ECG meets STEMI millimeter criteria. This timeline collects the published evidence behind the shift from the STEMI/NSTEMI paradigm to OMI/NOMI, from the 2018 OMI Manifesto to today. Click a year to expand it. ★ marks a key paper.
